Our clients have been asking us for years:   ” When will you start cooking breakfast for us?”

I have resisted our customers demands for a long time, simply because I was not convinced we can produce something truly unique, outstanding and fitting to our overall Austrian/Vienna concept.  Any run of the mill bacon and egg thing just was not good enough for Prinz of Vienna.

So when my best friend, a well known chef, arrived in Perth last year for an extended holiday, I just couldn’t resist to put him to "work". Having built a reputation over 25 years as a chef in Asia America and of course in Austria the opportunity was to great to pass up, after all he now teaches young Austrians to become famous chefs and hoteliers just like him.

Below find our complete breakfast menu available every weekend. You can enjoy our tasty delicacies every Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 11am. Coffee and Orange Juice is included with your meal and a coffee refill is only $ 1.50!  (indoor and al fresco seating available)
